Pakistan's very own Baadshah Pehalwan Khan has his eyes fixed on the WWE

Pakistan’s Badshah Khan is hoping to win a contract from the WWE through Tough Enough.

In the village of Dolian, near Wah Cantt, the family of 21-year-old wrestler Baadshah Khan are hopeful that the young man would represent the green flag on the stage of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). After having impressed everyone in Europe, Pakistan-based wrestler Baadshah Pehlwan Khan is all set to begin his journey at the renowned WWE competitions.

The wrestler who grew up in France, is the only Pakistani in professional wrestling having made his debut in professional wrestling in 2012. Two years later, he was signed by Wrestling Stars (Catch WS) in France, Europe’s leading professional wrestling company and since then has been competing all over Europe. He competes along with his partner, the Tunisian Al Jihan as ‘The Muslim Connexion’.

Family hopeful that Baadshah will put his small village in Pakistan on the world map

Currently residing in Paris, Europe and having won a huge number of fights and having his name branded in the world of wrestling across countries like Belgium, Spain and France, his friends encouraged him to take part in WWE.

Baadshah Pehlwan Khan, being the true Pakistani that he is, always represents his country at the wrestling ring by wearing a unique dress, of the colors of the Pakistani flag. Donning white sleeveless shirts and green shalwars, the man has made Pakistan proud at many levels.

His family expressed hope that Badshah Pehalwan Khan, whose catchphrase is ‘Pakistan Will Rise’, will not only bring honour to Pakistan but would also put their small village on the map.

His uncles Syed Nisar Ahmed, Irshad Ahmed and Imtiaz Ahmed said they are proud of their nephew for being the first Pakistani to enter the world of professional wrestling and said they are hopeful their nephew will be successful in his audition for WWE Tough Enough 2015.

Baadshah has high hopes of getting selected

WWE’s Tough Enough presents the ultimate opportunity for wrestlers to showcase their skills at the global level and receive recognition.Tough Enough hosts 15 participants from across the world, 10 men and 5 women, to compete against each other to win the USD 250,000 prize.

As part of the competition, all competitors are given professional wrestling training and grooming by the association before they are given the WWE contract.

Baadshah Khan has just submitted his video as part of the auditions for WWE’s reality show Tough Enough and has high hopes for it. If selected, Khan will be the first Pakistani ever to represent the country at WWE. Let’s hope he comes out with flying colours in his audition. Here is his promotional video for Tough Enough 2015:
