Author's take

IPL and WWE are probably amongst the biggest sporting giants in the world. And with this move, it is quite evident that WWE is pulling all the stops to grab the Indian market. The New Day, on the other hand, being out of television for quite sometime utilized this opportunity to maintain their presence all the while entertaining their fans.

Thus, capping their overall experience in a cricket-crazy nation such as India, it was certainly a refreshing experience to see the WWE stars take on cricket and the IPL.
