– The United States Championship has again taken a back seat after Kalisto won it against Alberto Del Rio. Kalisto has been great as a performer but has not had any character build up or feuds for his United States Championship. The US Title match was a very dull affair at WrestleMania 32 and there has been no concrete plan with it going forward.
The last episode of RAW saw Kalisto getting injured after being thrown over the ropes by Bubba Ray Dudley. He was seen clutching his shoulder in pain and did not participate in the match thereafter. People were unsure if the injury was legitimate or a work.

The Dudleys faced the Lucha Dragons in the tag team tournament to crown the No.1 Contenders for the Tag Team Titles. The injury concerns regarding Kalisto have been put to rest as he was seen perfectly fit making various TV appearances.
Kalisto is also booked for the next Smackdown tapings and tweeted an update regarding his injury which said that that he is fit and ready to wrestle.
Kalisto does not have any challenger for his championship and there was a speculation that he might start a feud with Sin Cara for the same. Sin Cara getting beating up by the Dudleys with Kalisto unable to help on the last episode of RAW might just be the teaser for the feud.
