WWE superstar, John Cena in a rare gesture recently, sent a message to a teenager, who is battling a rare disorder. Cena, sent the teen a WWE care package accompanied by a special video message that read:
"Trey, how you doing? This is WWE superstar John Cena, my good friends at the Chive told me you were a huge WWE fan, so I wanted to do my part to make sure you got a few special gifts, personally, from me."
