After playing three seasons with the Phoenix Suns, Chris Paul or CP3 has joined the Golden State Warriors as an unrestricted free agent. He will now play with the Warriors' point guard, Stephen Curry, and can act as an asset for the team by coming off the bench as an impactful sixth man.

The ‘point god' is considered one of the top point guards in NBA history. He is now in his 19th NBA season and this whole journey has been awe-inspiring for him, earning several achievements including the NBA Rookie of the Year award, being 12 times a member of the NBA All-Star, becoming a member of the NBA 75th and winning two gold medals with Team USA.

Chris Paul initially attended the West Forsyth School in North Carolina for his high school basketball and later chose Wake Forest University. Following his successful college career he declared for the 2005 NBA draft and was selected by the New Orleans Hornets as the 4th overall pick in the first round.

He went to Wake forest university for his college basketball and was inducted into the Wake University Hall of Fame list. As a freshman, Chris averaged 14.8 points, 5.9 assists, and 2.6 steals and helped his team to qualify for the NCAA tournament but unfortunately lost against St. Joseph. He was selected as the ACC Rookie of the Year and a member of the ACC third team.

Due to his exceptional playmaking abilities and calm composed game style, Demon Deacons was ranked as the second-seeded team in the NCAA tournament, holding a 26-7 record in his sophomore year. He was recognized as the key player for his team and had an average of 15.4 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 2.4 assists. Following the Sophomore season, he chose to miss college eligibility and declared for the 2015 NBA draft.
