John Globe is an NBA referee born in Miami, Florida. Additionally, he is a Physical Education graduate from the University of Florida and holds a diverse portfolio. He previously worked as a teacher and an account executive as well before starting his journey as an NBA referee.

Goble has a wide range of experience from the NBA to the SEC (Southeastern Conference League) to the NBA-G-League. The 2022-23 NBA season was the 15th year for the Globe and during his long tenure, he has refereed in 931 regular season games, around 113 playoff matches, including seven NBA finals.
