He later transferred to Federal Way High School in Federal Way, Washington, for his junior season. During his senior year, he averaged 23 points and eight rebounds, leading his team to a 3A state title. Eason was named the MVP of the tournament and the 3A Player of the Year. He was also recognized as a four-star recruit in his class.
