Tye Dillinger’s new gimmick, the Perfect 10, has quickly made him a fan-favourite

Ronald William "Ronnie" Arneill, better known by his ring name, Tye Dillinger, is a Canadian professional wrestler, currently signed to WWE. He performs in the developmental territory NXT. Previously, between 2006 and 2008, he has worked with WWE as Gavin Spears.

In September 2013, reports claimed that Spears had re-signed with WWE. Following this, he would go on to make his televised NXT debut in a losing effort against Mojo Rawley. In August 2015, Dillinger debuted a new gimmick, the “Perfect 10”, in an episode of NXT.

The new gimmick surely worked wonders for him as he soon became a fan-favourite. Even 2K sat up and took notice as they included him in the roster of WWE 2K17.

After that, there were more positives for Dillinger as he made his main roster debut as a surprise entrant during the 2017 Royal Rumble pay-per-view last month. He featured as a part of the eponymous match, entering at number ten and before being eliminated by Braun Strowman.
