The much awaited zombie mode will be arriving on PUBG Mobile this Tuesday, on February 19.
PUBG Mobile announced a partnership with Resident Evil way back in December of 2018 and since then fans have been eagerly waiting for the zombie mode to release. The beta version for the mode came out on January 25.
It was then rumored that the mode will be releasing globally in the first half of February, more precisely on February 10. Unfortunately, the mode did not make it to a global release on that date. Apparently, the beta version was riddled with a lot of bugs and Tencent wanted to fix them before putting the mode out for everyone and deliver a bug-free polished experience.
The update for the mode will start on Februray 18 itself. The servers for the game will be taken down for around 8 hours for the smooth roll out of the update. The official PUBG Mobile page on twitter made an announcement regarding the same as well-
In addition to the zombie mode which will be coming out in the update a lot of interesting new features have been added as well. Some of these are the moonlight weather which has been added to Vikendi and the map, Sanhok will now be available in Arcade Mode. A new feature called personal spaces is also being added. In this, you can select a friend with Synergy 400 or above as Partner to stand by your side in your space.
