The Red Dead Online is initially launched to a select batch of players before making it available to the entire RDR 2 community, which is decided by the game edition owned by the enthusiastic fans.

The staggered launch for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will first cover all the owners of the Ultimate Edition of the game, prior to its global launch.

Launch Schedule of Red Dead Online:

27 November 2018 - All the owners of the Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition.

28 November 2018 - All the players who played Red Dead Redemption 2 on 26 October 2018.

29 November 2018 - All the players who played Red Dead Redemption 2 between 26 October 2018 and 29 October 2018.

30 November 2018 - All the players who own Red Dead Redemption 2. Irrespective of the edition and the purchase date, everyone can get their hands on Red Dead Online before the start of December 2018.
