FC Goa coach Zico talks to the press after losing to Kerala Blasters 1-0. Here are the quotes from the press conference:

The last match was well played. What happened to the players at this match?

Zico: I think its best you ask them. I always teach them to play in a certain way. We create the opportunities but we can’t convert them into goals. Today it was a leveled game. We had very few opportunities so we have to take the ones we got. We had some opportunities but we didn’t score.

What’s your strategy for the next match?

Zico: We will carry on with our trainings and games. We have to go after the victories. If we win the next game, we will be in a good position despite what has happened so far. So many players are injured. Let’s see what happens and who we can line up for the next match.

How was the pitch here in Kochi?

Zico: The ground was very good. It’s a very nice stadium. The atmosphere was very nice with lots of fans and supporters turning up. Congratulations to the Kerala team and congratulations to the people of Kerala.
