TAL Crystal Ball: Gameweek 4 Division 4

Brothers United pose for the shutterbug

United 4th Phase FC and Bangalore City FC B take on each other in the headliner of the day. Simba and Kammanhattan will look to build on their winning streaks to keep themselves on track in the title race while Dragons playing Rangers should prove to be an interesting game.

7:30 AM: Simba Sports FC v Pegasus FC

The first match of the day has Simba Sports FC taking on Pegasus FC. Simba Sports are one of two teams yet to drop points and look strong contenders for the title. Pegasus have had a slow start to the season but have considerably strengthened over the past few weeks, which should help them over the course of the season.

Given the attacking prowess of Simba, they go in as favourites into this game but can Pegasus throw up a surprise is the question.

Crystal Ball: Simba Sports FC (3) – (1) Pegasus FC

8:45 AM: Dragons AFC v Rangers FC

The second game of the day has Dragons taking on Rangers. Dragons have been unlucky not to come away with any wins so far but their performances have been promising and that elusive win seems just around the corner. Their opponents Rangers are also in a similar situation and are without a win despite possessing immense amounts of talent.

This looks to be an evenly matched game and we don’t expect too many goals to come out of this fixture.

Crystal Ball: Dragons AFC (1) – (1) Rangers FC

10:00 AM: The Aces v Tornadoes FC

The third game of the day has The Aces taking on Tornadoes FC. Aces are yet to pick up a win in 3 games but they do have the talent to turn things around. Tornadoes are coming off a loss to BCFC in GW 3 and would want to get back to winning ways.

Given the deep squad they possess we expect Tornadoes to be competing for a top half spot come end of the season, but for that happen the results need to start pouring in now. Aces will be looking to cause an upset here and they are definitely capable of doing so.

11:15 AM: Can-a-bees FC v Kammanhattan All Stars

Next, we have Can-a-bees taking on Kammanhattan in the 11:15 kick off. Can-a-bees would feel unlucky not to come away with anything from their last game, which saw them slump to defeat after leading the game for most of it.

Kammanhattan have turned up the gears a notch and have been in full attacking flow over the past two games. Can-a-bees have made some important additions just before the transfer window ends so how good those additions are might determine their fate against Kammanhattan, a side who now look dark horses for the title.

Crystal Ball: Can-a-bees FC (1) – (2) Kammanhattan All Stars

12:45 PM: United 4th Phase FC v Bangalore City FC B

The headliner of the day has United 4th taking on BCFC B. United 4th lost to Simba in GW 3 in a close encounter and will be looking to bounce back but they come up against an indomitable Bangalore City side that hasn’t lost a game yet.

However, this will be a true test to BCFC’s title credentials as they come up against the roughest opponents so far. We expect United 4th to come out on to the pitch with a well-rehearsed strategy. This fixture has all the makings of a classic and we expect to be thoroughly entertained.

Crystal Ball: United 4th Phase FC (1) – (1) Bangalore City FC B

2:15 PM: Royal Eagles FC v Brothers United

The final game of the day has Royal Eagles taking on Brothers United. Royal Eagles completed a comeback victory last gameweek against Can-a-bees and now have two wins in three games. Brothers United routed Pegasus in their last game, scoring a ridiculous 10 goals.

The teams are evenly matched and the team willing to take more risk in this game should come out on top. The timing of the first goal will determine the course of the game. If the opening goal arrives early we expect an open game with goals flowing freely.

Crystal Ball: Royal Eagles FC (2) – (2) Brothers United
