PSG set to make £35m offer for Sanchez
Sky reports that the French giants will make a £35m offer for Alexis Sanchez next week. The Chilean international has only 12 months left on his contract and the Gunners run the risk of letting him leave for free next summer. This is understood to be the reason for the transfer fee being relatively low for a player of his quality.
The 28-year-old is reported to have agreed personal terms with PSG.
Benjamin Mendy fee agreed; set to join Manchester City
According to L'Equipe, Manchester City are finally getting their man as their fourth bid of £51.6m has been accepted by AS Monaco. At 23, Benjamin Mendy was one of the most influential figures in AS Monaco's spectacular 2016/17 campaign.
Mendy had been left out of Monaco's squad for the pre-season friendlies. L'Equipe had earlier reported that Monaco wanted over £50 million for Mendy, a lot more than their original demand of £40 million. But the Citizens are keen on signing Mendy and are willing to pay the required amount to take the fullback on board.
