Xenoblade Chronicles 3D

The upcoming port of the Wii based RPG by Nintendo, Xenoblade Chronicles 3D has finally got a release date and a brand new trailer that shows off a fair chunk of the gameplay and story line of the game on the fantastic looking new Nintendo 3DS. The US release of the game will take place on April 10th. Another interesting tweet by the makers confirmed that Xenoblade Chronicles 3D will be the first 3DS game that is getting Amiibo support.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3D stands apart from other 3DS games since it is the only announced game that will be exclusively released for the new Nintendo 3DS. Since the game is being ported over to the Wii, it requires a high rate of horsepower in comparison to what the regular 3DS can handle. Players should necessarily have the latest version of the system to allow them to enjoy the RPG action.

The release of the trailer came with a tweet from the official Nintendo account that explained the Amiibo support for the game. Thus by tapping a Shulk Amiibo against the New Nintendo 3DS players will earn tokens that will prove to be useful in the game inorder to unlock music and character models.
