Antonio Brown, born on July 10, 1988, in Miami, Florida is an American professional football player. He played the position of a wide receiver in the NFL. Aside from being known as an exceptional receiver, Brown is also famous for the controversies surrounding his career.

Brown was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 6th round of the NFL draft in 2010. He quickly established himself as one of the best receivers in the league, thereby proving that he was worthy of a higher pick in the draft. He was a key player for the Steelers and amassed many achievements during his time with the Steelers.

Brown’s career took a turn when there were public reports of his clashes with the management of the Steelers team. This led to him leaving the Steelers and playing for other teams such as the Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots. However, his career with these teams were short lived due to personal conduct issues by Brown.

In 2020, Brown had the chance to redeem his mistakes when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed him to a one year deal, reuniting him with the great Tom Brady. The Buccaneers ended up winning the superbowl championship that year with Brown seemingly redeeming himself to establish himself as the player he once was.

Brown brought his career to an end in the 2021 season when he stripped off his uniform midway through a game and went off the pitch. This was followed by him making public statements blaming some of his teammates including Tom Brady. The Buccaneers released him shortly after this incident.

What is Antonio Brown’s Age?

Antonio Brown was born on July 10, 1988, in Miami, Florida, United States of America. As of July 2023, Antonio Brown is 35 years old. In July 2024, Brown will turn 36 years old. Following the 2020 season until the 2021-22 season, it was clear that Antonio Brown had a lot left in his tank and could still compete at a high level.

Personal issues, on field and off field conflicts and being a negative locker room presence led to him having a fluctuating career, providing him with loss of playing time. Following his release by the Buccaneers in 2021 and declaring retirement, Brown announced that he would be coming out of retirement to join a team as a free agent for the 2023-24 season. While there were many questions raised regarding where he would play and Brown himself announcing that he will be joining the Ravens, these rumors turned out to be untrue as it was confirmed that he would be playing for Albany Empire, a team where he is also an owner, in the Arena League.
