Brian Robinson Jr., aka B Rob, a running back for the Washington Commanders, was born on March 22, 1999. He was drafted by the Commanders as the 98th pick in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft. After suffering two gunshot wounds, including to the knee, during an armed robbery during his rookie preseason, he rejoined the team two months later. In his three seasons with the team, he has played in 33 games, starting 27, recording 468 attempts for 1,926 rushing yards and eight touchdowns. The Tuscaloosa, Alabama native, Robinson, attended Hillcrest High School and was named for the second team 6A All-State team. He set a school record for rushing in a bowl game with 204 yards, earning him the title of 2021 Cotton Bowl Classic's most valuable player. In his five seasons of college football, he played in 55 games, recording 545 attempts for 2,704 rushing yards and 29 touchdowns.
