Currently a free agent, Cam Newton is a professional American football player and represents the National Football League. He is nicknamed “Super Cam” and leads the NFL in career quarterback rushing touchdowns and second in career quarterback rushing yards.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Cam took his talents to Alabama, to play for Auburn University. During his time at Auburn, he won the Heisman Trophy and the 2011 BCS National Championship Game as a junior. He was a highly touted recruit and was drafted number 1 overall by the Carolina Panthers in the 2011 NFL draft.
