Chris Jones is a three-time NFL champion who currently plays for the Kansas City Chiefs. He is an important piece for the Chiefs. Colts’ running back, Jonathan Taylor said “I kinda hate playing against Chris Jones… I kinda hate playing against him.” Jones is just one of those players who likes to disrupt all the plays that have been set up and it is understandable why nobody would want to face him.

In 2022, Jones was named first-team All-Pro, finished third in the Defensive Player of the Year voting, and led all interior linemen with 15 and a half sacks. However, one of his most impressive plays did not count but the sack on Derek Carr is what Jones described as his “best play.” One of the biggest plays Jones made was last season where he sacked Joe Burrow which directly resulted in the Chiefs going to the Super Bowl. Had it not been for Jones, we may not have seen the Chiefs head to the finals.

He is one of the most essential pieces for the Kansas City Chiefs and his quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, depends a lot on Jones to make the best plays possible for the team to achieve a lot of success.

Jones clocked his 40-yard dash in 5.03 seconds. For a defensive lineman of his 6-foot 6-inch height and 310 pounds in terms of weight, that is quite an impressive number. However, Jones had a hilarious moment when his spandex shorts failed to simply keep up. He unintentionally exposed himself at the center of the entire football universe which was covered by various networks.

Jones told his teammate Travis Kelce and Eagles’ center Jason Kelce about the hilarious incident and Jones said “I saw everybody else wearing the long tights and I was like ‘I ain’t going out there copying anybody.’ So I put on shorter tights but I didn’t realize it was boxers bro.” Despite the wardrobe malfunction, Jones still posted a very impressive time and is one of the best DTs around the NFL.
