Daijun Edwards College

Edwards attended the University of Georgia and committed to playing college football for the Georgia Bulldogs. His tenure at Georgia spanned four seasons from 2020 to 2023, and throughout his collegiate career, he consecutively won the CFP National Championship in 2021 and 2022 with the team.

In 2020, he made his collegiate debut as a freshman and concluded his season with 218 yards on 37 carries and a touchdown.

As a sophomore in the subsequent 2021 season, he rushed for 215 yards on 49 carries while securing three touchdowns in all 15 games played.

During the 2022 season, he recorded 140 carries for 769 yards and seven touchdowns. Additionally, he amassed 14 receptions for 101 yards.

In his final season at Georgia, he concluded the 2023 season accumulating 880 rushing yards and securing 13 touchdowns along with 20 receptions for 197 yards.

Daijun Edwards High School

Growing up, Edwards was enrolled at Colquitt County High School located in Norman Park, Georgia. Developing an intense passion for the sport, he began playing high school football for the school’s team. He finished his high school career with impressive numbers, tallying 4,327 rushing yards and 62 touchdowns on 690 carries.

Additionally, he recorded 69 receptions for 748 yards and two touchdowns. With these outstanding numbers, he set school records for career rushing yards and rushing touchdowns. His performance earned him a four-star recruit rating from 247Sports.com, Rivals.com and ESPN.
