In the following season, Cook was ranked by his team members 20th in the list of Top NFL Players of 2021. In the 2022 season in the 29-22 win against the Chicago Bears cook recorded 121 scrimmage yards and two rushing touchdowns. In the largest comeback victory in NFL history against the Indianapolis Colts Cook recorded 190 scrimmage yards and a receiving touchdown. In 2023 Dalvin Cook was released by the Minnesota Vikings.
