Jacoby JaJuan Brissett is an American NFL quarterback for the New England Patriots in the 2024 NFL season. He was selected by the Patriots with the 91st overall pick in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft. According to Spotrac, he signed a one-year, $8 million contract with the Patriots in 2024. In his second stint with the team, Brissett has also played for the Indianapolis Colts (2017–2020), Miami Dolphins (2021), Cleveland Browns (2022), and Washington Commanders (2023), spending his NFL career either as a reserve quarterback or a starter. As of Week 15 of the 2024 season, he has recorded 53 touchdowns, 24 interceptions, and 11,402 passing yards (via Pro Football Reference).

Brissett was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, and attended William T. Dwyer High School in Palm Beach Gardens, where he was ranked a four-star recruit by Rivals.com. After high school, he committed to playing college football at the University of Florida. Following two seasons at Florida (2011–2012), he transferred to North Carolina State University. According to Sports Reference, he finished his collegiate career with 5,723 passing yards, 46 touchdowns, and 15 interceptions.
