Lafoga Jordan Mailata is an Australian football offensive tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2024 NFL season. He began his NFL career with the Eagles, after being selected with the 233rd pick in the 7th round of the 2018 NFL Draft through the NFL's International Player Pathway Program. In April 2024, he signed a three-year, $66 million contract extension with the team. Mailata has been with the Eagles since 2018.
As a former rugby player, Mailata competed in the National Rugby league for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs' under-18 team in 2015 and later for the South Sydney Rabbitohs' under-20 team in 2017. Born in Bankstown, Sydney, to a Samoan father, Tupa’i Mailata and a Samoan-New Zealander mother, Maria Mailata, both of whom immigrated to Australia. Mailata spent his formative years attending and graduating from Condell Park High School.
