Louis Rees-Zammit was a former Gloucester winger in the English Premiership. He attended the NFL's International Player Pathway Program, after switching to American football in January 2024. In March 2024, he signed a contract with the Kansas City Chiefs. The 32-cap Welsh professional scored 14 tries in his international career while playing for Wales. After Rees-Zammit won the 2021 Six Nations Championship, he was included in the team for the British and Irish Lions Tour to South Africa in 2021.

Rees-Zammit went and played rugby for the Cathedral School and was selected for the 2020 Cardiff Schools Team of the Decade, while playing youth rugby at the Cardiff Blues academy. He transferred to Hartpury College at the age of 16, and then to Gloucester Rugby's academy.
