New Jersey-born cornerback Rasul Douglas was drafted in the third round (99th overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft. His rookie year was a Super Bowl winning season with the Philadelphia Eagles as he made five starts for them. After spending three seasons with the Eagles, Douglas was traded to the Carolina Panthers. He has struggled to find a home as he was traded several times since then. Douglas was signed by the Buffalo Bills from the Packers in October 2023. In his seven seasons in the NFL, Douglas has appeared in 105 games combining for 383 tackles.

Growing up in East Orange, he attended the East Orange Campus. Douglas committed to Nassau Community College in 2012. After being redshirted in his freshman year he recorded 83 tackles over the next two seasons. Douglas transferred to the University of West Virginia University in 2014. He had a breakout season in his senior year as he recorded 70 tackles being named to the first team All-Big 12 Conference.
