Reason behind Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen divorce

At the time when the divorce had just taken place, there were many reports circulating around the net and the media claiming that the reason behind the divorce was Tom Brady and his never ending passion for the game. It was being reported that in spite of Bundchen repeatedly requesting Brady to step away from the game and to spend more time with his family, Brady paid no heed and returned to the field just days after announcing his decision.

However, about five months after the divorce, Bundchen gave an interview to 'Vanity Fair' in which she cleared all the rumors going around. She repeatedly stressed on the fact that her former husband's football was never the concern. She went on to add that she only wants the best for Tom and that she is behind his career cheering for him and wishing all his dreams to come true.

Continuing further, she mentioned that Brady's ongoing career and the fact that he didn't get much family time was just one small portion of the larger picture. According to her, at times it so happens that after a while people start to grow apart. Initially when she was 26 and Brady was 29, the couple wanted the same things in life. They wanted to do things together, they wanted to start a family together, but in the recent past they both wanted different things and were not on the same page. Although this doesn't mean that the love for the other person is gone, it just means that you need to decide on certain things and move on.
