Trey Amos is an American football cornerback who was selected by the Washington Commanders in the second round of the 2025 NFL draft with the 61st overall pick. He formerly represented Louisiana, Alabama, and Ole Miss from 2020 to 2024. His longest tenure in college was at the University of Louisiana, where he stayed from 2020 to 2022, before taking his talents to Alabama in 2023. During his three-year tenure as a Ragin’ Cajuns, Trey played 11 or more games in each season. From a statistical standpoint, Amos’ most productive year came in 2022, in Louisiana, when he tallied 35 total tackles and 8 pass deflections. Later, Amos joined the Alabama Crimson Tide football program in 2023, where he recorded 12 tackles for loss, 1 tackle for loss, and 5 pass deflections in a single year.
