Achanta Sharath Kamal is considered as the best table tennis player inIndia. He has a tremendous record at the Commonwealth Games, having won the gold medal at both the 2006 and 2010 editions. Currently ranked 44th in the world, he will play a key role in Indias campaign at the CWG according to coach Peter Engel. Sharath has failed to win the national table tennis the last three years, but looking at his records at CWG, he certainly cant be counted out in Glasgow.
