Roman Reigns laying out Triple H and Vince McMahon was the newest chapter in the WWE’s tried and tested “Little guy against The Man” angle. It is a storyline that will always have an audience, regardless of the role players.

The highly awaited follow-up to last week’s Raw is almost upon us, and WWE has decided to throw its loyal Universe a bone by posting this teaser on their website. Creative’s timing seems to be going from strength to strength, as they’ve scheduled it to coincide with the Slammies!

Roman Reigns might have defied The Authority and the McMahon family Monday night by defeatingSheamus and capturing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, but The Big Dog’s conquest came after leveling Mr. McMahon with a Superman Punch. As countless Superstars can attest, you don’t cross the boss.

On SmackDown, Sheamus claimed that Reigns’ actions — which also included attacking Triple H at WWE TLC —are currently under investigation by The Authority. Then, Reigns utterly dismantled the security team that attempted to remove him from the arena. Despite holding sports entertainment’s grandest prize, a harsh fate might await The Big Dog on Raw.
