The Tuesday Night ratings war is over, with WWE's NXT beating AEW Dynamite: Title Tuesday by big numbers. Both companies delivered on the clash's hype and went all out to put up their best show for the fans.

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray had a slightly different take to it all. While discussing the ratings war on Busted Open Radio, he said the Stamford-based company loaded up their show.

"I do not believe either one of the companies won. Obviously the rating, the hard number [921,000 to 609,000] dictates that NXT won. But when I sit back and I really think about these numbers without trying to dive too deep into all the minutiae of it, I say to myself this, WWE loaded up this show on their own night with some of the heaviest firepower they possibly could not named The Rock or 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin. They loaded it," he said. [H/T wrestlinginc.com]

Bully Ray has had his say on the Tuesday Nights ratings war. It remains to be seen what other past and present professional wrestlers have on their mind.

WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker made a surprise appearance on NXT

WWE understood how important the Tuesday, October 10, episode of NXT was after AEW had to pre-pone their Wednesday episode to the same day because of the MLB playoffs. NXT saw John Cena, Paul Heyman, and the Undertaker all on the program. The Phenom appeared in his Biker persona and chokeslammed Bron Breakker.

Tony Khan went all out to beat the competition, and announced several changes to AEW programming on X/Twitter, including a 30-minute ad-free segment. Khan also posted up disparaging posts about Shawn Michaels, Triple H, and even Vince McMahon, as both companies geared up for the ratings war. However, all of it came to naught in the end as NXT won the night.
