Jayson Tatum has been one of the best players in the league in the 2022-23 season. After averaging a career-high 30.1 points per game, he finished fourth in the MVP race.

While the Boston Celtics forward has been fantastic statistically, he's also been available for most of their games. Tatum missed only eight games in the regular season and will be available in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Miami Heat.

Considering that Tatum is the best Celtics player, Boston will need him to be at the top of his game. They are down 0-2, and losing another game could be too costly.

After appearing in 74 games during the regular season, Jayson Tatum has played in all 15 playoff games. His fantastic performances have earned the Boston Celtics their second straight Eastern Conference Finals appearance.

In the 2023 playoffs, the 6-foot-8 forward has averaged a double-double with 28.7 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. His greatest performance came in Game 7 against the Philadelphia 76ers, as he scored 51 points, setting the record for the most points in a Game 7.

Throughout the regular season, the Celtics star has missed a couple of games due to various issues, from wrist to ankle. However, he's successfully recovered and will be 100% healthy for the next matchup.

Despite being down 0-2 in the series, Jayson Tatum has played great basketball against the Miami Heat. He's been quite efficient and has been arguably the best player on the team.

In two games against Miami, Tatum has averaged 32.0 points on 51.4% shooting. He's the best scorer of the series, although many fans criticized him for turning the ball over in crunch time.

Considering that Jayson Tatum is healthy, the Boston Celtics could shock the basketball world and turn the series around. However, it will all depend on their success in Game 3 on Sunday night.
