Chelsea suffered a defeat at the hands of New York Red Bulls as they lost 4-2 in a friendly. Loic Remy had given Chelsea the lead in the first half but the hosts drew level after Franklin Castellanos equalized for the Red Bulls.
They went ahead Tyler Adams scored as the Premier League champions found themselves trailing. Sean Davies then scored to further the lead of the Bulls.
