Big spending Monaco still stress they are underdogs going into the French Ligue-1 match against Paris Saint-Germain as coach Claudio Ranieri, striker Radamel Falcao and winger Lucas Ocampos held news conference on Friday (September 20th).
Claudio Ranieri, Monaco Coach, coach: “I think Paris Saint-Germain are favourites for this game because they won the league last year. They have a very good team. They perform well in the Champions League – so they are the favourites.”
“Cavani is a very good player. He is another famous striker. Paris have a lot of exceptional players. Laurent Blanc can switch players when he wants. They have a wonderful range of substitutes.
“Every game is an opportunity for the team to progress. We know that we have not played together for as long as they have. The Paris players already know each other. We see this game as a chance to improve ourselves.
