I cannot believe the penalty was NEVER awarded for this. First and foremost, its a BLATANT shirt pull, which is a booking. Secondly, to go one stage further, Kompany is denying Torres a goal scoring opportunity, which is a red card!
How this wasn’t given, I will never know!
