Recently in the Champions League match between PSG and Barcelona, Xavi, the star player for Barcelona, was seen rubbing his head and running towards the corner flag after he scored the penalty against PSG. Well, Xavi rubbing his head has a heart warming story behind it.

The gesture was to pay tribute to 10-year-old Miquel, who is suffering from leukaemia. Xavi visited him in a hospital after watching his documentary to mark World Cancer Day. Xavi reached the hospital unannounced, with a signed t-shirt which was a present for Miquel.

Young Miquel later requested for two things. One was for him to be taken to a Barcelona training session after he was cured. And the second one was for Xavi to rub his head after he scored a goal, which the Barcelona midfielder did.
