Conor McGregor is the biggest superstar in the UFC, and Dana White knows it. When the fighter responsible for featuring in five of the six highest-selling pay-per-view events in promotional history is set to make a comeback after a long hiatus, it's not surprising that the venue for the event must do justice to his drawing power.

It was recently announced that McGregor will make his long-awaited return to the octagon against Michael Chandler this year. The pair will also star as opposing coaches in the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF).

The two will face off in the octagon after the season finale, and Dana White is already working on possible locations for the pay-per-view event to take place. Considering the hype of this matchup, the UFC president recently revealed some major arenas that could host Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler.

In a recent interview with Fanatics View, White discussed the return of 'The Notorious' and possible locations for the fight:

"We're kind of working that out but to go to the Dallas, Texas Stadium [AT&T Stadium], you have to have the right fight... The Dallas, Texas Stadium is a possibility."

He continued:

"When you look at a fight of that magnitude, you gotta look at Madison Square Garden, obviously Vegas, we could do the stadium there or do T-Mobile. You look at Dallas, Texas Stadium. You could also do a massive stadium in London."

TUF 31 featuring Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler to have unique veterans vs. prospects theme

It looks like the next season of The Ultimate Fighter featuring Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler will shift from its traditional show format. A recent report suggests that TUF 31 will showcase a unique theme of veterans vs. prospects.

The Ultimate Fighter is a reality television series produced by the UFC. Debuting in 2005, the show is credited with introducing MMA into the mainstream during a time when it faced bans in multiple states. Season 31 will be McGregor's second stint as coach, having previously coached opposite Urijah Faber in 2015.

Journalist Cole Shelton recently tweeted out an update on the potential theme for the upcoming season. He reported:

"Been told by multiple sources that TUF 31 will see half the contestants being UFC veterans who have been cut with the other half being prospects. Theme is vets vs. prospects with McGregor and Chandler as coaches. #TUF31 #UFC."
