WWE Hell in a Cell 2015: 5 Possible endings for the Seth Rollins vs. Kane match

Kane and Kane

Kane and KaneAfter pulling off double duty at Night of Champions, Seth Rollins will face another daunting challenge at Hell in a Cell where he will face Demon Kane for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. The match has been in the construction stage for quite some time now and is filled with subplots as we head to the show.It would be a lie if I say that this is the best feud in the roster because it’s miles away from being the best. However, there is a handful of possible ways in which WWE could steer the boat forward after the match at Hell in a Cell. So here is a look at the possible ways in which WWE could end the Seth Rollins vs. Kane match at the upcoming PPV.

#5 Another Kane

Kane and Kane

The demon Kane will be fighting Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Hell in a Cell. And if the demon Kane goes on to lose the match, and then corporate Kane will be fired from the position of Director of Operations.

So according to the storyline there are two Kanes. Now this is where the fun part comes in. The fans currently believe that there is only one Kane right now, so what if WWE comes up with someone else in the mask and then show the corporate Kane in the same frame at Hell in a Cell?

It could be a big swerve, right? It is certainly not going to be the most intelligent booking there is to offer, but it will carry a shock factor that this feud is currently lacking. The match could end in a no contest and WWE could then push forward the angle with two Kanes.

#4 Sheamus cashes In

Would Sheamus do what Rollins did at WM 31?

Whenever we are talking about possible endings for a WWE championship match, it is impossible not to include the Money in the Bank holder.

The cash in is a real possibility in all the Championship matches that happens after MITB and the Hell in a Cell match will be no different. The only question regarding the same is: Can Sheamus win the championship or not.

WWE could go with a successful cash in or an unsuccessful one. Fans wouldn’t mind seeing both but if they go with the first, then it would provide WWE with the opportunity to have an interesting storyline with Sheamus and Rollins. Sheamus could be rechristened as the new Authority guy while Rollins could play the babyface role.

#3 One last run

He deserves another run

Kane has been a loyal servant for WWE. He has been through the company’s lows and highs throughout the years and has done everything that the company asked him to do.

Giving him one last run with the WWE championship would only be a fair deal on paper. It is not the best move from a business point of view, but as the beauty of wrestling lies in the emotions, it is a viable option.

Kane getting a clean win, however, would be a creative disaster. It would completely derail everything that WWE did during the reign of Rollins and would bury Rollins. If Kane wins via some interference, then the after effects would be toned down radically.

#2 Authority turns on Rollins

A great angle for Survivor Series

The biggest strength of Rollins throughout his reign has been the Authority.

Rollins is a talented wrestler who could perform on his own, but WWE projected him as a chicken champion who always needed the Authority to back him. The authority turning on Rollins is a storyline that is destined to happen at some point and if it happens at Hell in a Cell, WWE will have a credible angle heading into Survivor Series.

Triple H could come in and take out both Kane and Rollins to end the match in a no contest. This could in turn set up a Triple threat for Survivor Series for the WWE championship. Or, Triple H could help Sheamus cash in on Rollins.

#1 Clean win for the Architect

Rollins needs a clean win

Rollins is in desperate need for two things: some booking that allows him to showcase his talent and a clean credible win.

It is too late to fix the first one in the current scenario, but WWE could pull off the second one at Hell in a Cell. Kane is not anymore in his prime but if Rollins comes out with a clean win against ‘Big red monster’, it would mean a great deal to him in the long run.

It would end up forcing Corporate Kane out of the Director of Operations position leaving WWE with some options to explore. Kane is a powerful performer and he could be invested elsewhere once he loses out to Rollins at Hell in a Cell.
