What's the story?

We recently brought you an update about Charlotte Flair's injury, and the news that she had to be replaced in the Mixed Match Challenge. Thankfully, there is no cause of concern, right now.

According to a rumour reported by Cageside Seats, Charlotte Flair will return to TV next week. Looks like her WrestleMania dream match with Asuka is still on, as planned!

In case you didn't know...

According to certain rumours that had surfaced online Charlotte's leave of absence resulted from complications that arose because of a dental surgery. The surgical procedure was supposed to be a minor one, so there is a very little risk of this turning into something serious.

Because Charlotte Flair could not make it to the Mixed Match Challenge, Bobby Roode teamed up with Becky Lynch to take on Sasha Banks and Finn Balor. Roode and Lynch would win the big match.

The heart of the matter

WrestleMania is less than two weeks away, and WWE has planned the match of a lifetime between Charlotte Flair and the winner of the first ever Women's Royal Rumble- Asuka. While fans expected the match to be in jeopardy, they need not worry. Not only will Flair make it back in time, she's expected to be part of live events leading up to the big night too.

This match has the potential to steal the show if given the time to shine. It's the perfect story...Charlotte Flair's SmackDown Live Championship against the undefeated streak of Asuka.

What's next?

With one week to go, we doubt there will be any major twists in this story. We wonder though if Carmella will cash in during the big match at WrestleMania. The threat of Carmella almost always looms in the background.

Author's take

I'm glad Charlotte Flair will be back to full health again. She has impressed at WrestleMania before, and we're certain that she'll do so again.

Let's hope Shane McMahon is just as lucky as Flair.
