A SummerSlam 2002 rematch at WM 32?

- Recent week’s have seen the internet buzzing over The Rock’s impending return and his much-anticipated WrestleMania match.

According to reports from multiple sources, Rock vs Brock Lesnar for WrestleMania 32 is back on the cards after recent speculations have pointed out to the fact that Triple H wants a feud with Rollins that would culminate in their match at WrestleMania 32. Vince McMahon too wants to see Rock go one on one against ‘The Beast’ and it should be noted that he was after the mega match for quite some time now.

Apparently, the boss doesn’t want to leave any decision making for the last moment and wants to finalize the plans for WM as earliest as possible. Although, Triple H also wants a match with Rock, he is more inclined towards the Rollins feud at the moment. Vince McMahon wants to set the plans for WrestleMania 32 as quickly as possible and the match that he has been longing to book for a while now; that is the Rock vs Brock encounter, might very well be featured on the grandest stage of them all.

When it comes to The Rock, he is on board for either of the matches and has fully backed the WWE top brass for whatever they have in store for him, whether it is Brock or The Game. Sources say that the plans are subject to change, but Vince’s ultimatum and Triple H’s desire to feud with Rollins indicates to the fact that Lesnar vs Rock for WM 32 is the most likely match up to be penciled in for the event in Dallas.

What made it even more tedious was the last moment re-write that led to some talents being unused. The said talents were brought in to be utilized in a segment that was scrapped at the very last moment.
