Booker T will not be on the WWE Monday Night Raw’s Pre-show after being hospitalized over the weekend. The same was confirmed by former WWE Diva and Booker T’s wife via her Instagram Post
Sharmell however, didn't explain why Booker was hospitalized. In a recent Instagram post, Sharmell has very well mentioned that Booker is now home and doing well with a gaming console in his right hand.
Probably this was the reason the Spinaroonie had to officially announce his “WWE Retirement” on twitter last day

UPDATE: Booker Ts hospitalization was to undergo elbow surgery. This is also why Booker retired the Spinaroonie; he tore his triceps doing the move during his Hall of Fame induction in 2013 and the surgery was related to that.
