Kevin Owens is one WWE Superstar who doesn’t differentiate kayfabe from real in this social media age. With the advent of social media the barriers between kayfabe and reality has almost become non-existent. But, that doesn’t stop Kevin Owens from earning the heat from even the smartest of wrestling fans.
Kevin Owens is known for his heel antics over Twitter. But, this Sunday night he went a step further and had the number of a whole arena full of fans at a Live Event in Wisconsin. Kevin Owens made a challenge prior to entering the ring and saw it through to his credit, effectively mocking an arena full of fans.
Kevin Owens is no stranger to Wisconsin. Unlike in WWE, Kevin Owens has been a face for sometime during his ROH tenure. During those times, KO has said some nice things about Wisconsin. It looks like it didn’t sit well with KO (pun intended), he took this opportunity to get his revenge on the Wisconsin fans by literally making a fool out of them. It is refreshing to see some wrestlers taking their role to heart and following the old school ways to generate heat where ever they go. Truly, KO is one rare wrestler in this modern era and let’s hope that WWE has big plans for him in the future.
