Ric Flair has taken to social media so as to inform fans of an illness he’s suffering from which in turn would prevent him from making a few upcoming appearances.

Flair addressed the same, whilst also apologizing to fans and promoters for his inability to attend the events he’s been scheduled for.

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair suffered a series of health complications during a hospital procedure last year—with a simple obstructive-piece removal procedure causing serious health issues.

Flair ended up with kidney failure and subsequently noted that he almost died from the complications that arose from the aforementioned hospital visit.

Regardless, Ric Flair has been well on the road to recovery ever since and has been making moves in the music industry as well—the hip-hop genre, to be specific.

Nevertheless, Flair seems to be suffering from an illness right now and has taken to his official Instagram page to expound upon it. Below is a transcript of Flair’s statements regarding the same—

“Due to a sudden illness, I am sorry to say that I must cancel my appearances this weekend. I want to personally apologize to all the fans who were expecting to see me in NYC, Dallas, and Arkansas; and the people who worked very hard to put these events together.”

“As someone who has never missed a day of work in his entire career, it is with heavy heart that I had to make this decision. Again, thank you to all my fans for your continued support, and I will be stylin’ and profilin’ again in no time.”
