- WWE NXT had a Halloween special live event on Friday night in Gainesville, Florida recently, which saw the rookies dressing up as fellow WWE stars and other noteworthy characters.
It was part of the Halloween costume battle royal, that was eventually won by Bayley who came out as a Lego. The most interesting get up that was adopted, though, was that of NXT Champion Finn Balor’s, as he came out dressed as CM Punk with a Ziggler hoodie as noted by the fans in attendance.
One-half of the NXT Tag team champions, Aiden English came out as Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens and even had a replica of the IC title. It should also be noted that the referees were wearing masks that added a Luchador feel to the entire proceedings. Below are the photos:
