Tony Khan is going through a roller coaster of emotions, and that was evident after his Twitter tirade on Wednesday. The AEW head honcho took shots at Shawn Michaels, Vince McMahon, and names like John Cena and The Undertaker after Tuesday's Dynamite.

One of the main reasons for that was AEW’s coming out second best in the ratings battle. Despite having names like Adam 'Edge' Copeland make his in-ring debut, it was not enough to overtake the White and Gold brand.

However, that can all change in the blink of an eye, and TK will be thankful that he has finally been able to snap up one of the best free agents on the market. The name is none other than Kota Ibushi.

The Japanese superstar revealed in an interview that he has signed up with AEW, and one of the main reasons behind his decision was flexibility.

"During the discussion, they asked me how we could come to a deal. I said unless it has these conditions, I don't want to sign a contract. That was the hardcore match, double ring, cage. That's the day we signed the contract. We had a verbal agreement," he said.

With Ibushi firmly in his grasp, Tony Khan can now plan in his bid to make AEW the best wrestling company.

The news of Ibushi’s signing was made public by the man himself. So, one of the best ways Khan can introduce his recruit is by getting him to take on another Japanese star, Konosuke Takeshita.

Takeshita is a part of the Don Callis Family, and they are running riot in AEW. They seem intent on destroying Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega, which is where Ibushi comes into the mix.

Callis and his goons can attack Jericho and Omega once again on Collision this week. This would prompt Tony Khan to come out and say that they have had the upper hand for a long time when it came to the numbers game.

However, he could go on to say that there is one man that Kenny Omega knows very well and that one of the main reasons he signed with the company was to take care of his best friend.
