Although the Pittsburgh Pirates do not generally trade in the division, they would probably find a way to do so. The Cardinals lack depth in the infield and Harrison could also play in the outfield. Harrison would be another positive player inside the Cardinals clubhouse.

The Pirates probably wouldn't ask for much from the Cardinals but let's say Harrison for outfielder Dylan Carson (#16 Cardinals prospect according to MLB.com) and catcher Zach Jackson (#24 Cardinals prospect according to MLB.com).

Carson isn't projected to reach the majors until 2020. In the minors last season, his batting average was .240 with seven home runs and 42 RBIs, along with six stolen bases. Jackson is projected to reach the majors in 2021. His batting average last season was .098 with no home runs and five RBIs. The Cardinals are looking to get back to the playoffs this season and make a serious run at a World Series title.
