N’Faly Dante is a basketball player hailing from Mali. He plays for the University of Oregon basketball team as part of the Pac-12 Conference. At a dominating height of 6 feet and 11 inches, Dante has turned out to be a top prospect in the 2024 NBA draft. He attended high school at Sunrise Christian Academy. He was deemed one of the best centers in his class and was a consensus 5-star recruit by the end of his high school career.

Dante committed to play university basketball at the University of Oregon. He was reclassified to the 2019 class. After making an entry into a delayed freshman season due to NCAA issues, Dante made an impressive debut scoring 11 points. However, his freshman and sophomore years were cut short by different injuries. In his final year of college basketball, Dante flourished on the Oregon team, being an impactful player. He almost averaged a double-double for the season with a career-high of 28 points and 20 rebounds in a single game.

Dante has also gained exposure to the international basketball scene. He represented Mali on many accounts including the 2016 FIBA U17 World Championship and the 2017 FIBA U16 African Championship. Dante was part of the team that won the 2017 FIBA U16 African Championship.
