Ron Harper Jr. is a professional basketball player who plays for the Detroit Pistons/Motor City Cruise as of March 2025. After going undrafted in the 2022 NBA Draft, Harper Jr. had a two-year stint in the G League with the Toronto Raptors' affiliate, Raptors 905. In his rookie season with the Toronto Raptors, Harper Jr. played only 9 games and averaged 2.2 points and 0.8 rebounds per game. He was waived by the Raptors in December 2023. Haroer Jr. joined the Boston Celtics in July 2024 but was waived by the team in October 2024. On January 6, 2025, Harper Jr. signed a two-way contract with the Detroit Pistons.

Ron Harper Jr. played college basketball at Rutgers University from 2018 to 2022. He was named Second-Team All-Big Ten in 2022 and Third-Team All-Big Ten in 2021, and he also won the Haggerty Award in 2022.
