Tate Ratledge is an American offensive guard who played for five seasons on the Georgia Bulldogs roster. He attended the Darlington School in Rome, Georgia where he played in both defensive and offensive positions. During his senior season, he led Darlington to a 9-2 record and the Class A-Private playoffs. Tate Ratledge was ranked a four-star prospect and was ranked the No.3 player in the 2020 recruiting class. He also competed in other sports such as basketball and track and field.

Ratledge began his college career with the Bulldogs in 2020 and did not see much action in his first two years at Athens. In 2022, as a sophomore, he participated in 14 games and won the CFP national championship for the second consecutive season. Before the start of the 2023 season, Ratledge was ranked the seventh-best interior offensive lineman by the PFF. Last season, Ratledge missed four games due to an injury and could play in only 10 games. He was on the watchlists for the Lombardi Award, Senior Bowl, and Outland Trophy. The two-time All-SEC selection announced his decision to enter the 2025 NFL Draft following the 2024 campaign.
