Tate Ratledge is an American offensive guard who spent five seasons with the Georgia Bulldogs college football team in the Southeastern Conference (SEC). Ratledge attended Darlington School, where he earned several accolades, which include the Sports Illustrated All-American First Team offense honor, Class A-Private All-State First Team offense honor, and AJC 2018 All-State Class A-Private First Team offense throughout his career.
Tate Ratledge started his college football career with the Georgia Bulldogs after the end of his high school football career. Since then, he has become a two-time CFP national champion in 2021 and 2022. Moreover, he has also earned other honors, like the AP All-America Second Team honor in 2023. More recently, he achieved the AP All-America Third Team honor and AFCA All-America First Team in 2024. Ratledge led the offensive line in the past three seasons and announced his decision to declare for the 2025 NFL Draft following the 2024 season.

He is also a former college football player at Tennessee Tech from 1974 to 1977 as per G Football. During his college football career, Dean Ratledge earned First Team All-OVC honors in 1977 honor before he went on to have a stint in the National Football League (NFL).
