Manchester United take on Chelsea today in a bid to end their season with a piece of silverware. The Red Devils finished 2nd in the Premier League and have had a good season overall but the one thing missing is silverware.

Jose Mourinho has only one injury worry right now and it's the former Chelsea man, Romelu Lukaku. The manager confirmed that the Belgian will have a late fitness test to determine if he can start vs his former club.

One player who will not be in the squad is Michael Carrick. The Englishman will not be involved at all and that means that the final Premier League game was his last ever.

Pre-match press conference:

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Jose Mourinho said that the result of the FA Cup final is not going to be the reflection of their season. “I'm not going to change my analysis of the season because of one match. You can analyse the way you want to. I think the winning mentality doesn't have to do with records or history in finals,” said the manager.

Asked if the 2-1 win over The Blues earlier this season is going to give the players any boost, Mourinho said, “I honestly think what we did in the past has nothing to do with tomorrow and the records don't matter. What matters is 11 against 11 and everybody trying to give their best.”

When the reporters brought up the Conte-Mourinho feud again, the Manchester United manager shot it down brilliantly and said, ”This is not important what happened. There is a relationship between me and him. Tomorrow I will shake his hand and both of us will think of the game.”

How Manchester United should line up:

Jose Mourinho should opt for a 4-3-3 formation and that will help him dominate Chelsea in all parts of the field. Here is how the starting line-up should look like:

David de Gea; Antonio Valencia, Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Ashley Young; Ander Herrera, Nemanja Matic, Paul Pogba; Jesse Lingard, Alexis Sanchez, Romelu Lukaku.

If Lukaku isn't declared fit, Anthony Martial should be given the chance to start with Marcus Rashford replacing him in the 2nd half.
