Manchester City star kicked out of title celebrations after fight as Premier League champions enjoy historic night with party till 5 AM: Reports

Manchester City's third-choice goalkeeper Scott Carson reportedly had to be kicked out from the club's Premier League title celebrations for fighting. This comes after the Cityzens won the domestic title for the fourth time in a row, a history and unprecedented feat in every way.

Celebrations had since begun on the last day of the season as City beat West Ham United 3-1. Amid the excitement, the players had to run off the pitch, as their fans broke through barricades to get on and celebrate their fourth consecutive title.

The players and staff were clearly in a jubilant mood as they received their medals and captain Kyle Walker lifted the Premier League trophy to the delight of their fans. Celebrations continued till late on Sunday night before piling well into Monday morning, as the players partied with their partners at Greek restaurant Fenix till 5 am.

However, it seems as though Scott Carson celebrated a little too much, as the 38-year-old goalkeeper tried to get in a fight with another restaurant-goer (via Daily Mail). Security reportedly had to kick Carson, who has played two games in five years for Manchester City, out of the venue.

Pep Guardiola has thought about potentially leaving Manchester City, following their impressive haul of four Premier League titles in a row. It comes as little surprise, as the legendary manager has been at the Etihad since 2016, winning a total of 17 trophies.

These also include the UEFA Champions League trophy, which he led City to alongside the FA Cup and the Premier League title last season. When he was asked about his potential future with the Cityzens, Guardiola told Sky Sports (via BBC):

“Last year, after Istanbul, I said, ‘It’s over, there’s nothing left.' But I have a contract and I start to think ‘no one has done four in a row, why don't we try?’ And now I feel it’s done, so what next? Now I don't know what exactly the motivation is because it's difficult to find it when everything is done.

“The reality is I am closer to leaving than staying. We have talked with the club - my feeling is that I want to stay now. I will stay next season and during the season we will talk. But eight or nine years - we will see.”

For now, Pep Guardiola still has a chance to lead Manchester City to glory at Wembley on May 25, where they will face Manchester United in the FA Cup and potentially win the double.
